Reserve3 - Affinity Luxury Car Rentals

Minimum Age Required to Rent: 21 for regular vehicles.

Drivers age 23 & 24 years old: Young Adult Surcharge (YAS) surcharge of $20/day applies.

You must carry a Class G license and/or International Drivers permit with 2 pieces of photo ID.

You must be at least 25 years old in order to rent a 12 passenger van, luxury, exotic, specialty cars and SUV’s.

Corporate accounts: Age restrictions may vary depending on the criteria negotiated with Affinity Luxury Car Rentals and Vendor.

Deposits can only be made by major credit cards like Amex, MasterCard, Visa (Canada and out of country). We do not accept cash, debit visa or pre-paid cards for a security deposit.

The deposit amount is determined by the vehicle that you are renting. Regular rental vehicle deposits range from $500 to $3000, luxury & exotic vehicles deposits range from $5000-$10,000. Please call our office if you have any questions.

The credit card provided MUST be in the renters name to match the driver’s licence provided. We will not accept a credit card that differs from the name that appears on the renters driver’s licence.

We do not offer unlimited milage. All of our exotic and luxury vehicles are limited to a certain amount of kilometers per day, included in the daily price (no more than 150 km per day). Any kilometers driven over the 150 per day will be subject to a mileage charge.

We will be more than happy to create a special package that will include all the necessary kilometers and the appropriate car that you will need, specially priced for you.

The following conditions apply to 1 (ONE) day rentals

Monday to Thursday – 24 Hours from time you pick up to return of vehicle (Except Long Weekends)

Friday to Saturday – Pick up is Friday morning & MUST be returned at opening time Saturday morning (8am, regardless of pick up time on Friday)

NOTE: We are closed on Sundays & Statutory Holidays

The following conditions apply for WEEKEND rentals:

Minimum 2 (TWO) days: Pickup Saturday morning, return Monday morning.

3 (THREE) days: Pickup Friday morning, return Monday morning.

NOTE: We are closed on Sundays & Statutory Holidays

Full refund if cancelled 5 days prior to reservation.

50% refund for cancellations 3 days prior to reservation.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 2 days prior to start of reservation

Rentals offered at a discount (eg. group rates, special courses, etc.) can only be canceled up to 5 days prior to the start of the reservation.

To cancel a reservation, please email us or call our store during business hours.

In addition to agreeing to these terms at checkout, you will be required to sign a paper copy when you pick up your equipment.

I accept full financial responsibility for the equipment I’ve rented. I promise to return it clean, dry, and undamaged by the agreed date and time. If I fail to do so, I will pay for its repair, cleaning, drying, or replacement at the full retail rate, as determined by Affinity Luxury Car Rental. If the items are returned late, I agree to pay for the additional days at the daily rate per late day.

I understand that there are inherent and other risks involved in the activities for which this equipment is to be used. I freely assume those risks including the risk of serious injury or death.

I agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Affinity Luxury Car Rental, the makers and distributors of the equipment, and their owners, agents and employees from any and all liability for damage and injury to myself or to any person or property resulting from any cause including negligence, the selection, adjustment, and use of this equipment. Affinity Luxury Car Rental provides no warranties, expressed or written.

I accept for use, as is the equipment listed on this form, and accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment. I will be responsible for the replacement at full retail value of any equipment rented under this agreement but not returned to Affinity Luxury Car Rental, and will reimburse Affinity Luxury Car Rental for any loss or damage other than reasonable wear and tear. I will return all rental equipment by the agreed date in clean condition to avoid any additional charges.

I agree that it is my responsibility to know how to properly use and operate the equipment and obtain necessary instruction. I understand the function of, and I will not misuse or abuse, the equipment. I am legally competent to sign this agreement and 21 years of age or older.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY IS A BINDING CONTRACT AND I AGREE TO IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
