This MUST be done on a major credit card in the name of the primary driver/renter of the vehicle.

No CASH is taken at ANY of the locations for the safety of our employees.

Pre-payment of rental charges can be PAID by debit, MC/Visa debit deposit or pre-paid credit cards; HOWEVER, IF you are relaying on coverage offered by your Credit card for CDW – Collision damage waiver coverage, the payment MUST be made by the credit card covering the vehicle in order to have valid coverage during your rental period.

Friday to Saturday – Pick up is Friday morning & MUST be returned at opening time Saturday morning (9am, regardless of pick up time on Friday)

Saturday & Sunday – We DO NOT allow one day rentals on the weekends. Weekend rentals are a minimum of two (2) days. Pick up is Saturday morning to Monday morning. Alternatively, three (3) day weekend packages are available starting Friday morning to Monday morning.

NOTE: We are closed on Sundays & Statutory Holidays

Discounted rates are guaranteed subject to the rental policies on this list. Should you cause an exception, the rate may vary.

Please be advised that rental rates listed on the website will be honoured unless a different rate is authorized by a rental agent.

On holiday and weekend rentals (April-November) discount coupons are not valid unless authorized by our management in writing.

Any additional driver(s) must meet the exact requirements of the primary renter, including holding a major credit card in their name. We require a major credit card as a form of security deposit to cover any potential damage or additional charges that may arise during the rental period.

However, we do make an exception for spouses from the same address. In this case, the spouse may be added as an additional driver without meeting the credit card requirement.

Please note that all additional drivers must be present at the time of rental and provide a valid driver’s license. We reserve the right to deny rental if any additional driver(s) fail to meet our requirements.

We recommend that all renters consider the option of adding additional drivers to their rental agreement to avoid any issues that may arise during the rental period. Please be aware that additional driver fees may apply.

During holiday periods discounts and coupon specials DO NOT apply. Holiday rates might be higher than Internet prices and are NOT DISCOUNTABLE. If your reservation is made within 4 weeks of a national holiday, the posted Internet price is not guaranteed, please call in to confirm prices.

During certain holiday periods such as Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Thanksgiving, Labour Day and possibly other holidays, the minimum rental is 4 days. This means that if the vehicle is returned before the 4th day, the rental will still be charged out for the full 4-day holiday charge.

Due to the high volume of reservation requests made during a holiday period, you MUST call in and provide a credit card number in order to secure the renal. Without a credit card number or deposit, we cannot guarantee the reservation. For further information please call our office.

During a 3 or 4 day holiday period, unless we specifically write otherwise on your contract, the rate quoted to you will not change if you decide to return the vehicle prior to the return date/time printed on your contract. For example: if you rent a vehicle during the Thanksgiving 4 day holiday period, your rental charge will be the same if you kept the vehicle for 1, 2, 3, or 4 days.
We at Affinity Luxury Car Rental are always concerned about your safety. Therefore, we have a policy that restricts the rental of certain smaller vehicles for very long distance trips. Our policy is that if you are traveling to a radius of over 600 kilometers you should travel in a roomier and heavier full size vehicle instead of a compact or mid-size. You will be more comfortable and safer in the larger vehicle. Please let us know your travel intentions and we will fit you in the proper vehicle for your trip.

Please speak with one of our representatives in order to create the right package for you. If traveling out of the country, to the USA, you must notify us and discuss the rental with us prior to arriving at our doorstep.

Some premium credit cards such as Amex, MasterCard, and Visa offer Car Rental Loss Damage Waiver Coverage as part of their annual fee to the credit card holder under their Certificate of Insurance with the Bank.

Call your credit card company and verify if you have car rental insurance on your card before you decline coverage offered by the Car Rental company.

If you are covered, you may decline our LDW (Loss Damage Waiver), and you could be covered for collision damages and theft of the rental vehicle subject to the Terms & Conditions of your Cardholder Agreement.

Credit card coverage does not cover you for Third Party Liability, Accident Benefits, Bodily injury & Direct Compensation-Property Damage. ONLY for “At-Fault” Accidents with Authorized Driver (s) on the Rental Agreement.

If the renter is unable to provide a personal auto policy for liability coverage at the time of rental, there will be a surcharge applied to the Rental Agreement.

A surcharge fee of $5.99, $9.99 or $14.99 per day could be applied for (GSC) Gold Card Supplementary Coverage not covered by the credit card. The fee is determined by the value/type of vehicle being rented. If the renter provides a valid personal automobile policy that covers the drivers under the Rental Agreement, this fee may be waived by the manager.

In most cases, ANY vehicle with an original MSRP over $65,000 CDN will NOT be covered by the credit card. Some limits under the credit card may vary; an Affinity representative will be happy to help at the time of rental to determine coverage.

Please feel free to review your cardholder agreement; it will specify the value & types of vehicles excluded from coverage regardless of value. (i.e., Some Luxury, Classics, vehicles classified as exotics, Pick-up trucks & commercial vehicles)

It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to provide Proof of Coverage at the time of the rental in order to decline coverage offered by Affinity Luxury Car Rentals. If you are unsure, call the number on the back of your credit card to confirm coverage.

Please refer to your Cardholder Agreement for exclusions under the use of your card, as Affinity Luxury Car Rentals will NOT be able to advise OR be responsible IF your Credit Card Company/Insurer does not respond in the event of a loss.

12 passenger vehicles require a special license.

In order to guarantee your reservation for an exotic vehicle or 12 passenger van, you must call our office and leave a credit card deposit for the reservation.

We will make ONE courtesy call to the telephone number or the email address that you supply us.

Please call us after making the online reservation and confirm it with a deposit.

During holiday and weekend periods (as of April 1 and throughout the year), reservations must be made at least 48 hours before pick-up time in order for your reservation to be valid.

Please note that even if you make a reservation online and you receive a reservation confirmation, you will be receiving a call from an office to confirm the booking. In order to guarantee your vehicle, you must provide us with a credit card number over the phone to secure  This is particularly important when you are trying to reserve within less than 48 hours of your pick-up time.

We have this policy in place due to the extremely high demand for vehicles during the peak times of the year. We cannot guarantee your weekend or holiday reservation if you reserve within less than 48 hours prior to pick-up and fail to call in with a deposit on your credit card.

At Affinity Luxury Car Rentals we offer FREE pick-up and return service within our local area. We do offer a delivery service during business hours to airports, hotel, residences, offices, or other pre-arranged locations. The charge for this service is determined by the type of vehicle we are delivering and the delivery location.

Please call us as soon as you know your delivery time and date, and we will discuss the cost and requirements needed for this service.

We allow almost all of our vehicles to be driven out of the Province of Ontario with written consent. (Some restrictions do apply).

Proof of Liability Insurance must be supplied by the renter when vehicles are driven to the USA; recent changes in the Insurance Act have restricted the use of rental cars in the USA. Out of country surcharges will apply for travel to the USA. We must be told where you are planning to travel to and your furthest destination. We want to make sure that you get the proper vehicle with roadside assistance for your long journey outside the province. Your safety and comfort is our concern.

We DO NOT allow after hours vehicle drop off at our locations. However, knowing that all customer needs can not always be met during business hours we have a secure key drop box located at each of our locations for your convenience.

Please be advised that any vehicles dropped off after business hours will be charged a fee and is the responsibility of the RENTER until the next business day. The RENTER will be responsible for damages and/or the loss of the vehicle.

DO NOT LEAVE THE KEYS IN THE IGNITION.

We understand that weather conditions here in Canada can be unpredictable and can cause disruptions to your travel plans. Be advised; Affinity does not offer refunds for car rental charges due to weather-related disruptions. This policy is in place to protect our business from financial losses due to circumstances beyond our control.

Many credit cards offer travel insurance benefits that may cover unforeseen circumstances like weather-related travel disruptions.
We encourage you to contact your credit card company to ask about these benefits and see if you are eligible for reimbursement.

We also understand that there may be instances where you are unable to return the rental vehicle at the specified time on the rental agreement. Please note that failure to return the rental vehicle on time will result in additional charges. These charges will be calculated based on our rental rates and the amount of time the vehicle is not returned.

We encourage all of our clients to communicate with us as soon as possible if they foresee any issues with returning the rental vehicle on time. In some cases, we may be able to offer a grace period or arrange for alternative arrangements.

In the event that you use decorations on the rental vehicle, you agree not to use the following, including but not limited to, items attached by string, adhesives, glue or tape, which may potentially cause damage to our vehicle.

You accept responsibility for any damage, negligent or otherwise, NOT caused by a collision, to the interior and exterior of the vehicle. You further agree to be billed accordingly for any repairs required to bring the vehicle back to the original condition.

If the vehicle is returned with damage, you agree to pay our estimated repair cost and you authorize us to charge you for the cost of repair or replacement which may be delayed due to the availability of the vehicle and/or parts, up to 30 days, after the return of the vehicle.

As part of our loss, you’ll also pay for loss of use of the car, without regard to our fleet utilization, plus an administrative fee, plus towing and storage charges, if any (“Incidental Loss”).

You understand and agree that you are not authorized to repair the vehicle or have the vehicle repaired without our written consent. If you repair the car without our consent, you will be required to pay for the cost of repair to restore the vehicle back to its original rental condition.

Our policy for refueling policy is very simple. Please return the vehicle with the same gasoline level as when you took the vehicle. The fuel level amount will be indicated on the inspection form and checked physically when the inspection is completed on checkout.

The photos taken at the time of rental will also indicate the fuel level & range until empty on the vehicle is. The fuel level & range will be indicated on check-in in order to determine whether the vehicle was refueled.

If you return it with less gasoline, we will apply a charge for the cost of fuel plus a service fee of $20.00.

To avoid discrepancies, we will rely on the fuel consumption guide supplied by the Manufacturer to determine the consumption of Litres/KM for the rented vehicle in the event of a dispute where a minimum number of kilometers were travelled.

Link Below: Fuel Consumption Rating Tool

We encourage you to use this Internet booking service or simply call your friendly travel agent for further assistance.
Please note that we DO NOT allow any vehicles including 12 passenger vans and SUVs to tow any trailer.

Nothing is allowed to be connected or hitched to our vehicles at any time! This is a safety policy.

A cargo van is a van with ONLY 2 seats. Any van rental that has any additional seating added after time of rental is considered to be modified and additional passengers will NOT be covered in the event of an accident.

NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank You.

We reserve the right to electronically check a renter’s driver license.

The only information we are able to access is DMV information which is public knowledge.

Photo copies of licenses will be taken at time of rental.

There is a slight charge for this procedure.

Depending on the province, the charge can be $3.00-6.00.

If the renter decides to extend the rental period to a new date past the original return date on the rental agreement, this will automatically void any special pricing or rate that was associated with the original rental length, and the normal printed price sheet rental rate will then be applied to the total rental time starting from the first day of the original rental agreement.

In other words; for example; if the renter was given a 2 day special price that included a certain discount, and then decided to extend the rental to 5 days, then the discount will no longer be valid and the total rental will be calculated by the regular printed price sheet price. Any exception must be given by the manager in writing.

We DO NOT permit pets and smoking in our vehicles.

If you choose to carry your pet, please cover the area where the pet is going to rest. If the vehicle returns with excessive pet dirt/dander and/or odour, there WILL be an additional cleaning and deodorizing charge.

The minimum charge for professional odour removal is $250.00 plus HST. Plus, the cost of replacing cabin air filters to remove contaminants.

Cigar/ Marijuana/Heavy Smoke odour will result in a min. Charge $500.00 plus the cost to replace cabin air filters in the vehicle.

The daily rate may be applied in the event the car needs to sit idle for additional days in order to make the vehicle safe to rent to another client until sanitized.

Please be considerate, as many people have fatal Asthma & are sensitive to odours.

All vehicles are the property of the Company and must be returned in the same clean, smoke-free, and pet-free condition in which they were provided.

We will always try to give you a specific color or model of car, but we CANNOT guarantee that a specific car will be available. However, you will get a similar car in the car class you reserved.

The renter is fully responsible for all tire, wheel, and hubcap damage during the rental.

Whether the tire and wheel were damaged by a road hazard, driver error, or even a blowout, the renter will be held responsible and charged for any expenses to repair the vehicle and/or replace the tire and/or related components.

Replacement parts will be factory OEM; aftermarket parts are not permitted.

If towing is necessary and NOT covered by Roadside assistance, then the renter would be responsible for all towing expenses and loss of use of the automobile.

In the event you purchased the Platinum Assistance Package (PAP) and/or the T&WDW at the time of rental, your financial responsibility will be lowered to the amount indicated on the Rental Agreement.

*Coverage for Exotic vehicles NOT Available

For an additional charge, there will be optional vehicle protection available to cover the renter’s financial responsibility for damage or loss to the vehicle.

This coverage, LDW (Loss Damage Waiver), is optional and may be declined IF you can supply PROOF of valid coverage elsewhere.

There are several options available when renting a vehicle:

  • Many credit cards today provide car rental insurance coverage at no charge. It is included in your benefits package from your cardholder provider. (Further information on Credit card coverage can be found in our Policies section)
  • Your own automobile policy from your personal automobile may also cover damage to a rental vehicle. The coverage described under Endorsement 27 (non-owned automobiles) may cover damage to a non-owned automobile. The endorsement will specify what drivers under the policy are covered. In MANY cases, addt’l drivers in the household are NOT all covered, ONLY the primary Insured listed. Proof of coverage NEEDS to be supplied at the time of rental OR will NOT be accepted.

It is wise to call your broker and inquire if you have coverage for non-owned automobiles with your insurer. The endorsement can typically be added at any time during the policy for around $50.00/year.

If you do have this coverage, you do have the option NOT to purchase a Loss Damage Waiver from Affinity.

If you have a Pre-paid Visa/Mastercard debit or bank card, these cards DO NOT cover LDW for car rentals. We DO NOT accept these cards at the time of rental; however, you can PAY at the end of the rental IF you choose with DEBIT.

Exotics, 11-passenger vans, commercial trucks, including pickups, large-size SUVs, and some sports cars are NOT covered by any of these credit cards.

If you are renting one of the above vehicles and do not supply your own insurance, you will be required to purchase LDW coverage in order to reduce your exposure to potential financial losses.

Loss Damage Deductibles may increase if you cannot provide proof that you are an experienced driver. (Check policies on G2 Drivers)

Providing a copy of your current ownership and automobile policy will ensure the lowest Loss Damage Deductible available for the vehicle you are renting.

NOTE: Affinity has the right to decline the rental of a specific vehicle if you cannot prove your driving experience.

If you need further explanation, we will gladly discuss it with you.

Legal Liability for Damage to Non-Owned Automobiles

Before we explain the OPCF 27, we will first explain how the standard automobile insurance policy is designed.  All vehicle owners are required to have a standard automobile insurance policy.  This makes up the basis of the insurance.  This includes coverage for third-party liability, accident benefits, direct compensation, and uninsured automobiles.  The next part is the optional physical damage coverage for your automobile.  The options are All Perils, Collision, Comprehensive or Specified Perils.  If you want to modify your standard policy or optional physical damage coverage, you may do this with endorsement forms.  In Ontario, endorsement forms are called Ontario Policy Change Forms, known as OPCF.  Each OPCF has a corresponding number to represent the purpose of the change form.

In this article, we will explain OPCF 27.   The name of the form is Legal Liability for Damage to Non-Owned Automobiles Endorsement.  The purpose of the change form is to provide the ability to use your optional physical damage coverage on a vehicle you do not own.  Typically, most people use the OPCF 27 when renting a car and do not want to pay the daily Loss Damage Waiver rate through the rental company.  But it could also be used on non-rental vehicles you borrow and do not own.

For the OPCF 27 fine print details, you can download the form here.  Continue reading this article to understand situations you may want to consider using the OPCF 27.

Why consider purchasing the Loss Damage Waiver from the rental car company?

There are pros and cons you will need to consider when buying daily coverage from a car rental company. Generally speaking, the cost of daily LDW is higher, and the coverage you are purchasing can seem unclear if you do not read the fine print.  For example, some daily rental car agreements do not cover damage to the windshield unless TWDW is purchased.  Before making a purchase for the LDW from the rental car company, make sure there is clear documentation on how the coverage will respond.  Review the limits, exclusions, and deductibles you are responsible for.

Some car rental companies offer transparent worry-free coverage.  Suppose you were involved in an accident; you could be covered for the following example:

The car rental car company would pick up the damaged vehicle and/or provide roadside assistance to tow the vehicle to the nearest Certified repair facility. Depending on the severity of the damages, you could be back on the road within minutes – like nothing ever happened.

When should I consider using the OPCF 27?

You have the option to use OPCF 27 instead of paying for the daily LDW on the car rental.   However, make sure to double-check that this endorsement is on your policy.  Using the OPCF 27 will save you some money, but in the event of loss or damage, you will need to make a claim against your personal insurance policy.

Items to consider when using OPCF27 when renting a car:

  • Coverage only applies to the drivers listed on your policy.
  • Primary policyholder needs to be the primary renter in order to engage coverage.
  • Coverage limit for damage to the non-owned vehicle might not be adequate. Sometimes the limit is as low as $35,000. There is often an option to purchase higher limits under the policy of up to $100,000.00 of the current value of the vehicle.
  • The coverage applies only to an automobile of 4500 kilograms or less (gross vehicle weight). Commercial vehicles could be excluded.
  • Coverage is limited to Canada and the United States.
  • For periods of not more than 30 consecutive days.

Why consider using Rental Car Insurance on your Credit Card?

Often this is coverage built into high-end credit cards.  If the coverage is comprehensive enough for your needs, it’s worth considering.  However, double-check with your credit card issuing company to see what type of rental car insurance coverage you have.  Ask for the fine print to make sure you understand the deductible, MSRP limits under the credit card and type of vehicle exclusions.  There is a good possibility that the rental car insurance on your credit card might have limitations.  Make sure to understand the details fully. Excluded vehicles are listed in a separate section of the cardholder agreement. ALL drivers must be listed on the Rental Agreement.

Coverage on the credit card is ONLY activated IF the car rental is PAID by the Card offering the coverage to the cardholder; IF a thirty party is paying for the rental, there is NO coverage available.

Coverage on the credit card could be denied IF there is a violation of the Terms & Conditions of the Rental Agreement; make sure you clarify with your credit card provider.

Temporary Substitute Automobile

If you meet the insurance contract criteria for a Temporary Substitute Automobile, you will have the ability to use your standard policy and optional physical damage coverage to another vehicle you do not own.  This is different from the conditions of the OPCF 27 because, under a Temporary Substitute Automobile, your insured vehicle cannot be in use due to it being out of service.

To be specific on the criteria, here is the actual Ontario Automobile Policy (OAP1) contract wording under Section 2.2.2, Temporary Substitute Automobile:

A temporary substitute automobile is an automobile that is temporarily used while the described automobile is out of service. The described automobile must not be in use by anyone insured by this policy because of its breakdown, repair, servicing, theft, sale or destruction. Coverage for a temporary substitute automobile is provided under the automobile policy of the owner of the temporary substitute automobile. However, this policy may also provide coverage. The following coverages apply to a temporary substitute automobile if a premium is shown for them on the Certificate of Automobile Insurance for the described automobile that is temporarily out of service:

  • Liability,
  • Accident Benefits,
  • Uninsured Automobile, and
  • Direct Compensation – Property Damage

If you have purchased optional Loss or Damage Coverage on a described automobile and it is temporarily out of service, there are special conditions about this coverage for temporary substitute automobiles. These conditions are explained in Section 7 – Loss or Damage Coverages of this policy.

Special Condition: A temporary substitute automobile cannot be owned by you or by anyone living in the same dwelling as you.

Typical examples are when you’re involved in a car accident, and your car cannot be used due to the damages or when your car is in for service.  If your insured car is not in use because it is out of service, your insurance policy will provide coverage for a car that you borrow (a car that you do not own).  In these examples, you do not need to use OPCF 27 or purchase coverage from the rental car company.

This article is intended to bring possible scenarios to your attention and is not intended to help you make insurance decisions on your own.  Before making any insurance decisions, you should consult with an Authorized Insurance Broker.  Insurance policies are unique to each individual circumstance, and coverage will have variations.

Non-Ontario drivers will have similar policy change forms.  For non-Quebec drivers, the endorsement form is SEF 27, and for Quebec, it is called QEF 27.  Please consult with your insurance broker to make sure you have the right insurance coverage.

Some of our vehicles are equipped with GPS Navigation, they operate with a navigation DVD which we supply with the vehicle.

If the vehicle is returned without the navigation DVD, the renter will be charged for a replacement DVD. The price of the DVD is approximately $300 CDN. Please do not remove the DVD from the special DVD player.

Affinity Luxury Car Rentals has the right to monitor and locate the vehicle through the Manufacturers BCM and/or the remote tracking devices of 3rd party or otherwise.

The company has the right to disable and repossess the vehicle ON Demand without notification at your expense at any time if illegally parked, used in breach of the geographic driving restrictions or used in violation of any law or payment obligations under the Rental Agreement or IF the vehicle appears to be abandoned.

Renters may be responsible for additional charges if it appears that the vehicle was driven dangerously or recklessly. Affinity has the right to take the vehicle to the Manufacturer’s dealership to pull the data to determine the vehicle usage while driving and/or in accident situations. This cost will be the responsibility of the Renter.

Affinity may be required to share data on the vehicle in circumstances where the Police demand and/or the Insurance company retrieves data from the vehicle in cooperation with the Police in any circumstances during the use of the vehicle by the Customer. These rights are also outlined on Page 1 of the Rental Agreement signed at the time of rental.

Platinum Assistance Package (PAP) provides accidental death and dismemberment coverage to the renter and all passengers in the car:

  • The renter is covered for accidental death, 24 hours a day during the rental period. The passengers are covered for accidental death. Coverage is determined by the limits under the OAP1 – Ontario Automobile Policy.

PAP provides the renter with up to $50.00 towards Emergency Road Service for:

  • Battery service
  • Changing of tire from rack to wheel
  • Cold weather starts
  • Delivery of gas to stranded vehicle
  • Key Lock Service
  • Mechanical first–aid service
  • Rescuing vehicle from ditch, snow or mud while in the car
  • up to $50.00 towards Mechanical Breakdown Towing to take the vehicle to the nearest service establishment for repairs.
  • up to $100.00 towards Collision Towing if the vehicle is disabled due to an accident.
  • up to $100.00 in Emergency Transportation funds to help cover necessary transportation costs.

What happens IF I get a ticket while driving/renting the car?

The renter is fully responsible for all speeding, traffic, red light, parking, or other tickets and violations issued while the vehicle is their possession. You must pay for any and all penalties, fees, towing charges, or impound costs.

If the renter informs us of a ticket or violation at the end of the rental, we will charge the amount of the ticket plus a $25 processing fee.
If the renter does not inform us of a ticket or violation at the end the rental, the fee will double, and we will charge a $50 processing fee.

To ensure compliance with the regulations of the 407 ETR toll road and to avoid any fines or penalties, we have implemented the following policy regarding 407 ETR and toll road usage for rental vehicles:

Toll Road Usage:

During the rental period, the renter is responsible for all toll charges incurred due to travel on the 407 ETR toll road, including toll, camera charges and account fees. These charges will be billed to the rental agency, and the renter will be responsible for reimbursing the agency for the charges incurred.

Administration Fee:

To cover the administrative costs associated with processing the toll charges and reimbursing the rental agency, an administration fee will be applied per invoice, as outlined in the rental agreement. If the rental exceeds two invoice periods, an administration charge will be applied per invoice.

Payment:

The renter will be responsible for paying all toll charges, camera fees and administrative fees associated with the 407 ETR toll road usage during the rental period. Payment for these charges will be due when delayed charges are received by the rental agency and may be charged to the credit card on file and/or sent to the collection agency if the payment method is invalid upon processing.

Non-Payment of Tolls:

Failure to pay toll charges may result in fines or penalties and collection costs, which the rental agency may pass on to the renter. The renter is responsible for any fines or penalties incurred due to non-payment of tolls.

Transponders:

If a transponder is used during the rental period, the renter will be responsible for any fees associated with the use of the transponder. The 407ETR forbids using a personal transponder in rental vehicles. However, we have seen successful usage by our clients while their vehicle is in for repair.

We appreciate your cooperation with these policies, which are designed to ensure compliance with the regulations of the 407 ETR toll road and to provide a safe and reliable rental experience. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

To ensure that we are able to recover any outstanding balances owed to our company, we have implemented the following policy regarding credit reporting:

Equifax Canada:

We are a registered company with Equifax Canada, and as such, we have the right to report all outstanding accounts to the agency for money owed to our company. This includes any unpaid balances related to car rentals.

Credit Check:

As part of our rental requirements for certain types of vehicles, we reserve the right to perform a (soft) credit check on the customer. This helps us to assess the risk of renting a high-value vehicle and to ensure that we can recover any outstanding balances owed to our company. Before releasing the described vehicle, the customer will be required to sign an approval for the pre-rental credit check.

Consent:

By signing the rental agreement, the customer consents to the post-rental reporting of any outstanding balances owed to our company. This includes reporting to credit reporting agencies, such as Equifax Canada, and may affect the customer’s credit score.

Privacy:

We take the privacy of our customers seriously, and any credit reporting will be done in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Customer information will be kept confidential, and any credit reporting will be done for the sole purpose of recovering outstanding balances owed to our company.

We appreciate your cooperation with these policies, which are designed to ensure that we are able to recover any outstanding balances owed to our company and to provide a safe and reliable rental experience. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

At our car rental agency, we strive to provide our customers with top-notch vehicles and exceptional service. In order to maintain the quality of our vehicles and protect our business, we have implemented the following policy regarding damage to rental vehicles.

Any damage to a rental vehicle that results in repair costs under $5000.00 will be charged directly to the cardholder/renter. The cardholder/renter will be required to deal directly with their insurance company to make a claim for reimbursement.

In the event that damage occurs to a rental vehicle, we will provide the cardholder/renter with a detailed estimate of repair costs, as well as photographs of the damage. The cardholder/renter will be responsible for paying the repair costs directly to us or authorizing their insurance company to pay us directly.

Please note that this policy applies to all damage to rental vehicles, regardless of fault. We strongly recommend that all renters carry adequate insurance coverage to protect themselves in the event of an accident.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this policy. We value your business and look forward to providing you with a positive rental experience.

We take all claims seriously and strive to provide our clients with the best service possible. However, in the event that a client does not cooperate with the investigation of an accident, we have implemented the following policy:

If a client does not cooperate with our investigation of an accident, we reserve the right to deny their claim. Furthermore, the client will be held responsible for all costs associated with the claim, including but not limited to Loss of Use, Diminished Value, storage and towing charges, regardless of whether the insurance company denies the claim or not.

Examples of non-cooperation may include failure to provide requested documentation, failure to provide a statement, or failure to respond to our inquiries in a timely manner.

We understand that accidents can be stressful and overwhelming, but we ask that our clients work with us in a timely and efficient manner to ensure a smooth and fair claims process. It is important to note that a claim must be reported to the insurer regardless of fault. Additionally, accidents resulting in less than $1000.00 in damages do not require a police report unless they involve another vehicle or person injured in the accident.

We are committed to resolving claims in a timely and professional manner and expect the same level of cooperation from our clients.

At our car rental agency, we take great care to ensure that our vehicles are well-maintained and reliable for our customers. To protect our vehicles and our business, we have implemented the following policy regarding the use of rental vehicles on race tracks:

The use of our rental vehicles on race tracks is strictly prohibited. Any customer found using our rental vehicles on a racetrack or other restricted area will have their rental vehicle disabled immediately. The vehicle will be retrieved by a tow truck at the customer’s expense. The customer will be held responsible for all costs associated with the retrieval and repair of the vehicle, including any lost rental income.

We understand that our customers may have the desire to engage in high-performance driving or racing, but we cannot allow our rental vehicles to be used in this manner. Such use puts our vehicles at risk of damage or complete destruction and jeopardizes the safety of the driver and others on the track.

We ask that our customers use our rental vehicles only for their intended purpose of personal transportation and that they abide by all traffic laws and safety regulations. We reserve the right to deny rental to any customer who we believe may engage in high-risk or reckless driving behaviours.

At our car rental agency, we take great care to ensure that our rental vehicles are maintained in excellent condition and available to our customers at all times. To protect our vehicles and our business, we have implemented the following policy regarding vehicle impoundment for Highway Traffic Act violations:

In the event that one of our rental vehicles is impounded due to a violation of the Highway Traffic Act, the renter will be responsible for all costs associated with the impoundment. This includes the costs of towing, storage, and rental days until the vehicle is returned to our office in the same condition as indicated on Page 1 of the Rental Agreement.

If the impoundment results in a 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90-day impoundment or longer due to investigation, the renter will be responsible for all costs until the vehicle is returned to our office. Additionally, any damage incurred due to the impoundment or towing/storage company will be the renter’s responsibility.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we ask that our renters abide by all traffic laws and regulations to avoid any potential violations that could result in vehicle impoundment. We reserve the right to deny rental to any customer who we believe may engage in high-risk or reckless driving behaviours.

To ensure the safety of our rental vehicles and compliance with our insurance policies, we have implemented the following policies regarding car rental duration and contract closure:

Car Rental Duration:

Our rental vehicles are not to be rented for a period exceeding 30 days. We understand that our customers may require a more extended rental period. Still, to protect our rental vehicles and comply with our insurance policies, we require that the rental period be at most 30 days. If a customer requires a rental vehicle for a more extended period, they will need to return the vehicle and rent a new one after 30 days.

Contract Closure:

The rental contract must be opened and closed in person by the customer at the rental location. Please do so to avoid coverage under the insurance policy being void. Some credit card coverages may have a maximum number of days for valid coverage. To ensure that coverage stays valid, we require that the rental contract be closed in person at the rental location.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that prevent customers from closing their rental contracts in person. In such cases, we ask that the customer contact us immediately to arrange the contract closure.

We are committed to providing our customers with safe and reliable rental vehicles, and we appreciate your cooperation with these policies. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our self-service car rental option is available only to our pre-qualified clients who meet the following criteria:

Minimum of (3) Three In-Person Rentals: The client has rented from our agency a minimum of three times and has a history of safe driving and adherence to our rental policies.

Confirmed Insurance Coverage: The client has provided proof of insurance coverage that meets our minimum requirements and has confirmed that the coverage is still in effect at the time of rental.

Biometrics via App Accepted: The client has accepted and completed our biometrics verification process via our rental agency’s mobile app. This process helps us ensure the identity of the client and prevent fraud.

Standard Credit Card Authorization: The client has provided a standard credit card authorization for the rental, which we use to secure the rental and to cover any additional charges, such as damage to the rental vehicle or traffic violations.

To ensure the safety of our rental vehicles and compliance with our insurance policies, we have implemented the following policies:

Reservation Requirements:

Pre-qualified clients must make a reservation online and provide all required information, including valid driver’s license information and credit card information. Any changes to the reservation must be made in advance and in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Vehicle Pick-Up:

Upon arrival at the designated pick-up location, pre-qualified clients must follow the instructions provided in the reservation confirmation email to access the rental vehicle. This may include using a keyless entry system or retrieving keys from a secure lockbox. Pre-qualified clients are responsible for any damage that occurs to the rental vehicle while in their possession.

Vehicle Return:

Pre-qualified clients must return the rental vehicle to the designated drop-off location at the end of the rental period in the same condition as it was rented. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. Any damage to the rental vehicle must be reported immediately.

Coverage:

Pre-qualified clients are responsible for maintaining the minimum required insurance coverage throughout the rental period. Any damage to the rental vehicle that is not covered by insurance will be the client’s responsibility.

We are committed to providing our pre-qualified clients with safe and reliable rental vehicles and appreciate your cooperation with these policies.

Porsche Rim Repair

A genuine Porsche rim is a well-engineered quality product: it meets the highest standards of manufacturing and design to bring the best combination of driving safety and driving pleasure to the road. Our manufacturers work on constantly refining rim quality and performance.

Furthermore, as the weight- and structure- optimized Porsche rims have an extremely low wall thickness, service workshops must take the manufacturing conditions into account and comply with them when carrying out repairs.

Porsche’s repair conditions are as follows: only superficial paint damages can be repaired. In contrast to that, any damage to the base material (metal) requires an immediate change of the rim. In the interests of customer safety, it is essential that these instructions are strictly observed.

Windshield Repair

A genuine Porsche windshield is a well engineered quality product. It not only ensures a clear view but was developed for the highest demands on driving pleasure and safety. The original glass used on Porsche vehicles as well as the adhesives system and expertise in the workshop guarantee optimum fit, function, safety and structural integrity. The quality, performance and safety of aftermarket replacement windshield and side glass may not meet Porsche exacting specifications.

Only by using Porsche approved replacement glass you can be assured of the fit, function, safety and structural integrity of the repair. In addition, only OEM adhesives approved by Porsche should be used for glass replacement. These are precisely matched to the corresponding bonding substrates and made for the conditions in the workshop environment. Adhesive systems that are not approved can lead to a nonfunctioning bond, which in turn represents a potential risk for the customer.

Bumper Repair

Technologies such as bumper-integrated sensors play a critical role in the operation of electronic and digital Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) in modern vehicles. The bumper sensors monitor the vehicle’s surroundings in real time and provide safety-relevant feedback to the driver and driver assistance systems.

Affected assistance systems*:
• Warn and Brake Assist
• Intersection Assist
• Park Distance Control
• Rear Turn Assist
• Rear Cross Traffic Alert
• Exit Warning
• Lane Change Assist

Before repairing, painting or wrapping Porsche bumpers, always check that the work is officially approved. If a repair is not authorised because it would affect the sensors, the bumper must be replaced.

While coverage for non-owned autos varies by province, in most cases, the coverage is determined by the value of the rental vehicle; this is NOT the case for BC residents; the DAILY rate of the rental vehicle determines your coverage. Coverage limits can be found on Pages 16- 20 of the ICBC Autoplan Insurance brochure (link below)

Roadstar & Roadside Plus coverage is outlined below. A COPY of your policy will need to be supplied as proof of coverage at the time of rental, indicating the policyholder purchased the coverage as an added benefit under the policy (Approx. $30.00-50.00/a year).

This was my first time renting a luxury car. I rented a Porsche 911 and had a very good experience. Anjanie in Mississauga was very helpful. The car was clean and performed very well. I thought the price was good compared to some of the other Exotic car rental companies that I checked. I would rent from them again.

Great experience renting their 911 C4S Cabriolet to celebrate my birthday. Neil B. went above and beyond - super communicative car lover who worked hard to make the day perfect. Car was in excellent condition, easy pick up & drop off.

Only problem is the car looked a little too good in my driveway ... I'll be back for another rental!
